Pinarello has entered the gravel market with the GAN GR and GAN GR-S, by modifying the GAN bike for gravel: the geometry has been updated to have a longer wheelbase than the GAN, smaller bottom bracket drop, and a longer headtube for a slightly more relaxed riding position, as well as space for 38mm tires. Flat mount mechanical disc brakes provide the stopping power you want when gravel racing. The GR also includes fender mounts.
The GAN GR features Pinarello’s signature Flatback technology that significantly reduces aerodynamic drag with its oval-front and flattened-back tubing throughout the frame and fork, creating an aerodynamic profile that slices cleanly through the wind. The carbon fiber T600 that the GAN GR is constructed from makes for a stiff and powerful frame. Also featured are an integrated seat clamp and aero seatpost.
The 105 groupset is Shimano’s entry level 11-speed set, which means you are getting the best value with this competitive groupset. The 105 shifts smoothly, making it comparable to it’s higher-end siblings.
