Meet The New Orbea Terra

Gravel from the Ground Up

Designed from the ground up for gravel, Terra isn't a repurposed road bike or a slimmed down mountain bike. Add comfort to your road adventures, finally discover where that dirt trail leads or let your trips spread overnight. There is a wide world out there and Terra is ready to explore it with you. Terra is a complete platform with different models in aluminum and carbon, offering the most inclusive solutions that won’t leave anyone indifferent

New Gravel Specific Geometry

Gravel can mean many different things, but riding super fast sections or tricky trails needs to be easy. In addition to a wide range of sizes the new Terra also has these features:

  • Optimized chainstay length long enough for a smoother ride and short enough to be nimble.
  •  Longer Top tube combined with shorter stem for precision handling off road. Optimized head angle and tuned trail for each frame size give great stability and precision.
  • Lower BB for confident descending on rough surfaces. Longer wheelbase for stability and comfort.

Outfitted with Oquo

The Oquo Road Control range lets you keep on riding long after the road ends. These robust and comfortable wheels are the perfect addition to amp up your adventures. The mini-hook technology and 25 mm internal width provide ample tire choice, offering compatibility past 35 mm.

Tire Clearance

The Terra can be mounted with 700c x 45 tires for speed and efficiency on dirt roads, or with 650b x 50 treads for extreme durability and high-volume comfort if you need a bit more traction.

Drivetrain Compatibility

Designing the frame from the ground up gave Orbea the chance to allow a range of drivetrain options without compromising tire clearance. Any 1X chainring size available up to 44t, and 2X chainring combination up to 34T inner chainring.

Lockr

The carbon frame offers a storage area inside the downtube, hidden behind the water bottle cage, where there is space for a tube, pump or C02 cartridge, as well as a selection of tools.
