Shipping Info
Shipping is available for select bicycles, apparel, and accessories. If an item is not available to be shipped on our website, then it is not something we can ship. Orders typically ship within two business days after being placed. See which bike brands we ship here.
We only ship items via ground. Expedited shipping is not available at this time. We will either ship your item via UPS or USPS.
At this time we only ship within the contiguous United States.
Our website is intended to help make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. However, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create.

Shipping Bikes
If you purchase a bike from us, it may be a bike which had previously been assembled and on the sale floor at one of our stores. All bikes purchased from our website are assembled and checked by a technician and then packed for shipping. We do our best to package every bike so as little assembly is required for you when the bike arrives. If you are unfamiliar with how to attach handlebars, pedals, and wheels to a bicycle, we recommend you bring your bike to a bike shop for assembly.
If you see a bike available for purchase on our website but not available to be shipped, then it is not something we can ship.
Any bike purchased from wheelworks.com and shipped to a customer is not eligible for return or exchange. Once an order for a bike has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you love the product you ordered but it doesn't fit or you don't like the color. At this time we do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item the best way to do this is to place an order for the new item you want and send us back whatever you don't want (customer pays return shipping). This will ensure you get your new item as soon as possible. Once we receive the item you no longer want, we will process the return as normal. Please keep in mind all of the normal restrictions on returns apply. If you live locally you can do the same thing but you also have the freedom to return your item at one of our stores. If you come to one of our stores to exchange an item it my be out of stock by the time you get here or it may not be available at the store you visit.

Returns - Items purchased in store
For items purchased in store, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund. You also have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items for store credit. Items must be in new condition and contain all original tags and packaging.

For items purchased and shipped to your home, you have 14 days from the delivery date to post mark and ship an item back to us for a full refund. You also have up to 30 days from the delivery date to post mark and ship an item back to us for store credit. Items must be in new condition and contain all original tags and packaging.
No Refunds on Shipping Charges.
Any bike that is sold and shipped is not eligible for return or exchange.
