It is hard to reinvent a classic, but Assos did just that with the Assosoires GT Sock. Blending a special combination of yarns, this breathable and lightweight riding sock ensures that your foot stays cool and comfortable on even the hardest summer ride. The Assessoires GT uses a new polyamide yarn, which contains silver microparticles that incorporate permanent odor control into the yarn, keeping your feet and shoes fresh.
Assos is pleased to introduce these BMC Racing Team summer socks, the result of their collaboration with the world-renowned racing team. Lightweight and made of a smooth blend of Polyamide mixed with Elastane, their engineered honeycomb construction guarantees breathability and improved airflow. These stylish socks have been scrupulously crafted to perform under extreme exertion and complement the rest of the BMC Racing Team kit.
Styled to match the hottest days, the Assos monogramSocks evo8 are classic in their length and modernist in their patterning. Made from a comfortable blend of Polypropylene, Elastane, and Polyamide, their construction guarantees breathability and improved airflow–crucial factors while cycling. Closely contouring the foot, they’re suited to intensive riding in summer conditions.
The ideal sock for demanding rides in warmer climates, where breathability and targeted support are most crucial. To create an ultralight sock that’s as comfortable as it is supportive, Assos took a hard look at the yarns themselves. Testing in warm-weather conditions eventually led to Hydrogen, a buttery-soft microfiber that’s blended with Lycra to deliver a light compressive hold along the foot, ankle, and lower leg using a seamless construction. From there they targeted the arch, wrapping it with a ribbed band of airy mesh for further support and boosted breathability, along with a contrasting band along the Achilles for a clean finish.
