What is it? The SILCA Phone Wallet is sized to the height and width of a standard jersey pocket. This starting point allowed our designers to maximize the available space. Who's it for? The cyclist who wants to ensure their phone and essentials remain dry and protected even in the worst of conditions. WHY WE DESIGNED IT: The Phone Wallet is different from other zippered phone cases in that it contains an INTERNAL DRY BAG. This dry bag takes what would be a Weather Resistant case and increases the phone protection level to fully weatherproof. The dry bag holds phones sized up to 160mm x 80mm x 8mm (iPhone 8) with thin case. Each bag is hand sewn from SILCA's proprietary Waxed Duck Canvas with reflective quilting, premium YKK zippers, and includes a unique, 3M® Scotchlite tab which wraps over the top of your jersey pocket and attaches to the bag magnetically, adding over 1500 square millimeters of reflective surface to any jersey you own! The YPSILON (pronounced ip.si.lon) is SILCA's take on the unassuming Y-wrench. Most tools in this layout feature 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm keys; meaning that the wrenches for some of the most common use cases in cycling are readily available in one tool. The shape of the Y-wrench also offers superior control and stability over traditional hex keys, especially in tighter workspaces. Ypsilon was designed by a team of engineers and mechanics who obsess over improving products. The body of the tool is constructed using a composite polymer with soft over-mold grips. Unlike traditional Y-wrench designs, YPSILON is customizable and adaptable to the mechanic's preferences. This is accomplished by using a 1/4" bit collet with magnetic bit attachment in place of a fixed 6mm hex. This departure from the traditional Y-wrench design was inspired by the versatility of our T-Ratchet + Ti Torque kit.
