An ultralight headband for summer conditions, relying on our Circular Seamless knit to pull moisture off your skin and keep perspiration out of your eyes. Why we made it Eyes on the road, without distraction. We designed this ultralight Summer Headband to seamlessly layer under your helmet to absorb moisture and keep sweat out of your eyes.
Cycling socks with midweight insulation for riding in cold, low-light conditions. In cold weather, staying dry is imperative to staying warm, so we engineered a unique yarn that provides midweight insulation while transferring moisture like a summer sock, ensuring the added warmth isn't lost to clammy chill. We also added a strip of highly visible STL textile on the Achilles and a ring of Winter 3/3 blue around the arch, increasing your visibility on the road and your socks' visibility in a drawer of black cycling equipment. Cotton-wrapped elastomer provides soft, breathable insulation. STL (Spot The Light) incorporates photoluminescent threads to add light to your pedal stroke in low-light conditions. 160-needle construction eliminates seams for a frictionless fit that wraps in gently compressive support, preventing slumping or restrictive pinching at the cuff.
Lightly insulated cycling socks for the cool, low-light days of early spring and late fall. The transitional seasons are defined by cool weather—a symptom of shorter, often overcast days. These socks combine light insulation and a prominent photoluminescent stripe to help keep your feet warm and your legs visible to other road users, flashing light through your pedal stroke. The unique geometrical knit also actively pulls moisture from your skin, preventing the accumulation of a clammy chill. Anti-odor polyamide blend reinforced with Lycra for support and light insulation. STL (or Spot The Light) incorporates photoluminescent threads to add light to your pedal stroke in low-light conditions. 160-needle construction eliminates seams for a frictionless fit that wraps in gently compressive support, preventing slumping or restrictive pinching at the cuff.
Take better care of your cycling clothes with Assos' Active Wear Cleanser. Utilizing a mild, PH-neutral formula, this tech cleanser preserves delicate fabrics, enhances breathability, keeps colors sharp, and neutralizes odors to keep your high-performance garments performing at their best, so you can, too.
Stowable, summer-weight protection for your neck, face, and head. Not everyone has the Alps in their backyard, but any cyclist living near high mountains knows that, even in the depths of summer, a fast, 20-minute descent after a long, grueling climb can leave you with a chill. There's a reason the pros stuff newspapers into their jerseys before descending in the grand tours of summer. The Neck Foil is like a newspaper for your throat or face on the way down, and sweatband for your forehead on the way up. Our Circular Seamless is a light, breathable material, free of seams and added bulk for sleek, functional minimalism. The tubular knit wraps a soft, comfortably wicking surface around your face and neck, unbroken by abrasive seams. High-stretch bands at the top and bottom maintain fit, however you decide to wear it.
Apply the Assos Skin Repair Gel after your ride to help heal irritated skin. It contains natural ingredients that aid in skin repair to make tomorrow's ride better.
An extremely warm winter sock, updated with triple the insulation in key areas. The key to maintaining warm feet while riding in winter is to combine insulation with the ability to stay dry from the inside and the outside. These socks combine the stretch and moisture-management of synthetics with the superior insulation properties of wool. Compared to its predecessor, the insulation has then been tripled across the toe and up the blue panel beyond the arch, providing extreme warmth for the coldest days. 76%PL 20%WO 4%EA
Midweight cycling socks with an extra tall cuff for extended coverage in cool weather. Versatility is key in transitional seasons, and knickers were conceived to provide this, but they do have one gap in performance: the gap on the shin and calf. The 28cm (11in) cuff on our SONNENSTRUMPF Spring Fall Socks bridge that gap by extending midweight insulation up the calf. Size Guide: 0 35-38 I 39-42
An indispensable accessory. Few solutions are as universally applicable to cool-weather cycling's common problems as a well-made neck gaiter. A lightly insulated, highly breathable neck gaiter is one of the most useful tools for shoulder-season cycling, and our durable composition ensures it'll shine in your toolkit for countless seasons to come—a rare beacon of stability in the protean industry of cycling tech. A warmer—yet just as breathable—version of the Circular Seamless material that's also featured on the summer-weight Neck Foil. Seamless construction reduces abrasion and irritation, but we engineered targeted mechanical stretch that maps to your jaw, chin, and nose rather than just smashing across them.
Assos' lightest arm protectors, engineered to provide both UV protection and ultralight insulation. Excels at moisture transportation, actively manages skin temperature, and protects against the sun’s rays on bright summer days.
Keep your head warm on the coldest winter rides with this winter cap, whose performance-focused combination of fabrics is ready to battle the chill. When it comes to dressing for the coldest rides, the difference is in the details. That is why Assos re-engineered their winter cap to create a piece that will unquestionably keep your head warm on the chilliest of days. At the core of this piece is a specific weave of synthetic and natural yarns to give it opulent comfort and performance. Known as LanaProppy, the natural yarn within the weave gives this piece protection against the wind, while the synthetic polypropylene fibers grant it a serious sweat-busting performance. For added protection, they’ve strategically double-layered the fabric in key areas for optimal protection without unnecessary bulk. A new cut means that this piece is ready to sit under any helmet. Assos also employed their workhorse winter textile known as RX medium on the ears and rear of this cap, equipping it for any winter ride.
A cooling, breathable glove for endurance cycling in hot conditions. Reduced weight proves that “comfortable” and “ultralight” aren’t mutually exclusive.
Having the right gear for the coldest winter rides is the idea behind this piece. When others decide to cancel their rides, we’re confident that you’ll ride straight through the winter and embody the ASSOS ethos of Suffer in Comfort. The high-performance ASSOSOIRE Face Mask has been crafted to protect your head from the worst of the elements. Tailored using Assos' latest technical fabrics, this piece has been engineered scrupulously, right down to the level of its fibers. Employing a specific natural and synthetic yarn weave, this piece gives you cold-busting warmth with opulent comfort and breathability. The natural fibers contribute to wind protection while the synthetic fibers give it breathability. For added protection on the coldest days, it includes a panel of Assos' latest tri-layer thermo-hydrophilic membrane, known as 2XS, on the neck. The result is a piece of riding equipment that’s fit to beat the bite of the coldest days.
Mid-level insulation for cool weather, updated with better durability and more responsive padding that doesn’t erase bar feel. The updated Spring Fall Gloves EVO feature added durability on the fingers, prolonging the gloves’ lifespan and adding additional insulation for the body’s most exposed extremities without compromising shifter operation or impeding touchscreen operation. We also updated the padding, creating alignment across our gloves for all seasons.
An ultralight summer base layer featuring a seamless design and carbon yarns to keep your core cool, dry, and comfortable in balmy conditions. We're constantly refining the first-layer platform in the name of greater moisture management and overall comfort. Such is the case with the new Skin Layer family, taking the baton from our Skinfoils with much lighter designs, refined constructions, and better-performing fiber blends. We've lowered the SS Skin Layer's weight by roughly 25% compared to its Skinfoil predecessor and used a tubular knit technology that's free of irritating side seams. A new blend of carbon and polypropylene yarns have been strategically arranged to manage moisture much better than previous iterations, resulting in a breathable, antibacterial short-sleeved first layer that keeps you cool and dry from the base up. The Circular Seamless construction introduces a tubular knit that's free of side seams, creating an ultrasoft, comfortable feel against the body. The sleeves are sewn directly into the armhole to promote a full range of motion beneath additional layers.
A medium-weight, short-sleeve base layer tuned to keep your core lightly insulated and dry in cool conditions. This protective layer sets the foundation of our ASSOS Layering System, doing the job of keeping your upper half lightly insulated and dry in the cool, challenging conditions of spring and fall. Having been tested over and over again by our product team until we were finally satisfied, the Spring/Fall SS Skin Layer represents a total first-layer reset. A cool-weather-tuned blend of carbon and polypropylene yarns are employed to pull moisture away from your skin and insulate your core, keeping you dry, insulated, and comfortable from the outset. The thicker Circular Seamless construction introduces a tubular knit that's free of side seams, creating an ultrasoft, comfortable feel against the body. The sleeves are sewn directly into the armhole to promote a full range of motion beneath additional layers.
Light insulation, seamless comfort, and full-arm coverage in a long-sleeve base layer for colder conditions encountered in late fall and early spring. It's crucial that our upper body gets an added boost against the elements during those cold fall and early spring conditions. As a solution, we developed the Spring/Fall LS Skin Layer, which has taken the torch from our iconic Skinfoil base layers with a completely revamped design and all-new blend of fibers. To start, we've lowered the weight by about 8% and used a tubular knit technology that's free of irritating side seams.
A long-sleeved base layer tuned for the cold, demanding conditions of winter riding, featuring an insulating knit structure and seamless construction to keep you dry and insulated from the base up. Temperature regulation is the key performance indicator of any base layer, and this is especially true for a winter version. But winter poses a specific host of challenges not found in other climaCodes, namely in the form of added cold air and your additional layers. This is where our new Winter LS Skin Layer fills the gap, tuned with a thicker knit "weight," taller collar, and more stretch than our Spring/Fall version for boosted insulation and flexibility under your outer apparel. A winter-tuned blend of carbon and polypropylene yarns—plus elastane— are employed, which draws moisture away from your skin and insulates your core, keeping you dry, insulated, and comfortable from the outset. The Winter Skin Layer relies on a Circular Seamless construction that's free of irritating side seams. The sleeves are sewn directly into the armhole to promote a full range of motion beneath additional layers.
Extreme, insulated protection for extreme weather, the Ultraz Glove is the ultimate platform for weatherproof cycling when time off the bike isn't an option. When the conditions are extreme in high summer or deepest, coldest winter, cycling equipment is either equally extreme or it's useless. Compared to the standard Winter gloves, the Ultraz model adds a neoprene cuff and an insulating lining to a more robust softshell material, boosting heat retention behind the breathable, weatherproof exterior. Winter cycling can be a peaceful, meditative experience, but only if you're properly equipped. Airblock is a more robust softshell than that used in our standard winter glove, increasing insulation while maintaining breathability and wind- and waterproof protection. Insulated winter-weight gloves will never fit like summer gloves, but our anatomic cut reduces bunching and bulk while still accommodating sub layers. Extended cuff prevents gaps between glove and sleeve.
An endurance cycling jersey with a streamlined fit, breathable textile, and frictionless raw-cut sleeves, re-engineered with lighter construction and less restriction. BEHIND THE PRODUCT For the next evolution of our proven MILLE GT jersey, we opened the front of the collar and updated the fit across the chest and throat, relieving pressure for easier breathing and less restriction. The sleeves and collar feature a new material that shaves 15g (size medium) off the previous jersey’s weight while retaining the highly elastic, wrapping fit and active moisture-management. The new bonded hem and zipper reduce friction between layers and rippling across the stomach while in the riding position.
Maximum thermal protection and body-mapped comfort in a long-sleeved base layer, tuned for the coldest, most demanding winter riding conditions. Building on our protective Winter LS Skin Layer, the Ultraz edition turns up the warmth and windblocking capabilities even further with its wool-blended knit. We see this as the ultimate defensive first layer in the most challenging winter conditions, as it goes into overdrive at the core level to keep you dry and your temperature stable. A robust arctic-tuned blend of polypropylene and wool are employed, serving as the ultimate next-to-skin foundation when maximum thermal- and windblocking-protection are most critical. The Ultraz relies on a Circular Seamless construction that's both ultrasoft and free of irritating side seams. The sleeves are sewn directly into the armholes to promote a full range of motion beneath additional layers.

Bib-free shorts engineered for utility and all-day comfort. Built for base miles and endurance epics, whether they’re on the road or the indoor trainer.
The bib-free Zero-Pressure waist embodies Assos' C2 AEPD click-fit ethos with a secure hold on the sides and back, and a panel insert on the front stretches to accommodate aggressive positioning on the bike and deep breathing during hard efforts. The updated insert inherited increased ventilation from the premium models, and 3mm of additional thickness increase long-ride comfort.
The MILLE GT is designed specifically for long training rides and endurance cycling, but it’s appropriate for every ride, every day, every time you’re in the saddle. Assos took this generational redesign as an opportunity to make the MILLE GT better at the things everyone loved about its predecessor, including the premium X-frame suspension carriage, a refined comfort waist fit, and a reduction in seams and weight (28% and 5g, respectively). The insert also got some attention, inheriting the increased ventilation of the GTS/GTO models and receiving 3mm of additional cushioning.
A new bib short platform for committed daily riding, whether that’s dedicated training regimens, the weekly crit series, or weekend centuries.
A windproof and water-resistant shell vest with two new technologies providing core coverage for cool, damp, windy riding in spring and fall or long, chilly summer descents. Blending increased protection on the front and increased breathability on the back, the MILLE GTS Spring Fall Vest is more versatile than any MILLE Vest we’ve ever produced. It features 2 new technologies: a windproof, waterproof, and thermal membrane from our new AIRBLOCK line across the front and sides and a rear panel of our new VENTAMESH textile. This has aggressive breathability and heat-dissipation to maintain the ideal personal microclimate.
The entry into our Race Series, EQUIPE R combines technology from the EQUIPE RS system with simplified, everyday utility. BEHIND THE PRODUCT The EQUIPE R is built with our signature A-Lock Engineering construction that adapts technologies from the WorldTour-proven EQUIPE RS. It maintains racingFit stability with a muscle-wrapping butterfly panel and the new Type.443 textile, which compresses and breathes like the EQUIPE RS, but with a deeper black color. Monofilament elastic in the bib straps reduces weight and dries faster than dual-layer models, and the shorts are equipped with our core racing insert. Construction/Fit: Our racingFit is a second-skin, aerodynamic silhouette designed with WorldTour feedback and proven with WorldTour results. Micro-adjusted shaping wraps the large muscles with compressive support in a standard leg length. X-Frame: A-Frame suspension inherited from the Equipe RS line. Limits sag on the lower back, stabilizing the insert and main body panel during high-intensity riding. Shock-Absorb Damping Mono9: Compressive foam materials in a breathable 9mm racing platform. Thermoformed shaping reduces ridges and irritation.
A dedicated all-mountain winter riding pant that combines winterproof fabrics, function-driven details, and trail-tuned fit to keep you performing at your optimum in harsh, cold riding conditions. Until now there was little chance of finding an off-road riding pant that promised a warm, dry lower half and promoted a full range of motion during the toughest months of the year. We changed that. We borrowed a few design elements from our Cargo Shorts, like the smooth-wrap waist design for a comfortable fit that's free of clunky fasteners. On this version we made it slightly taller and added a silicone gripper at the rear to keep the pants securely in place. The pants are trim and fitted with a tapered hem—but loose enough to provide a full range of motion. We finished them off with two zippered thigh pockets, abrasion-resistant paneling at the hem, and a water-repellent treatment throughout. Our flexible RX EVO+ makes up the majority of the paneling. Its brushed warp-knit features an asymmetrical stretch, adds high levels of insulation, and offers fleecy comfort against the skin. Added to the saddle area and inner leg panels along the hem, we applied our membrane-backed NEOS MILD, ensuring water, mud, wheel spray, and cold air is properly deflected. The pants' trailFit follows the body's natural motions in, and out, of the saddle —trim, but never restrictive. Their AZPtech (abdomZeroPressure) waist construction, takes that concept even further with a soft, highly elastic material to further improve comfort and hold at the waist, minus any pressure or pinching.
Lightly insulated knickers for cool conditions and long-distance riding, with extended knee coverage and stormproof textiles. Updated with features to enhance stability, reduce seams, and improve support. The Knickers are updated with our race-inspired X-Frame bib design, which stabilizes the insert and body panels throughout the pedal motion and while cornering. The new model is also updated with our MILLE GT C2 insert, which adds 2mm of plush comfort for long rides maintaining form or building base miles for the coming season.
