Bear Brook Boogie

Saturday October 12th 9am-3pm. 

Join Southern New Hampshire NEMBA to celebrate and raise funds for maintaining the trails in Bear Brook State Park in Allentown, NH. We'll be there with demo bikes to try on the trails. There's camping available in the park too! Learn more from NEMBA!

Specialized MTB DEMO

Monday, October 14th, 11am-5pm

The Specialized mountain bike demo truck will be rolling through Belmont on October 14th, Columbus Day! We’ll have bikes available to ride on nearby trails all day, including Stumpjumper (29er) and Stumpjumper EVO (27.5” & 29er) full-suspension bikes, Fuse hardtail mountain bikes, and Levo electric-assist full-suspension mountain eBikes. Please bring your own pedals and a helmet.

*We want you to know that mountain eBikes cannot be demo'd on trails. Their use is limited to pavement or private property, not conservation land.

Wheelworks Women's Skill Ride

For what is likely going to be our last outdoor women's ride of the season, we will dedicate part of the ride to learning how to draft.

The total ride will be approximately 45 miles long at a 14-16 mph pace. The length may be adjusted depending on the weather.  Also if it is raining or below freezing, the ride will automatically be cancelled.

Please make sure that your bike is in working condition and you have helmet, appropriate clothing, water and snacks with you.

Wicked Ride of the East!

October 27th 9am-4pm. 

The One, the Only, the Wicked. North Shore NEMBA has made this event into one of New England "must-do" mountain biking events, and it's a great final gathering of mountain bikers before the snow begins to fly. This year will showcase some of the best trails the forest has to offer, not so coincidentally built by North Shore NEMBA's trail building gurus.

$10 for NEMBA members. $25 for the General Pubic. Free if you join or renew your NEMBA membership, $35.  Please bring cash in order to streamline the registration process

There will be arrowed courses for beginner, intermediate and advanced riders. This year, there will be led rides for the BEGINNERS and KID level ONLY. All others will riders will follow the arrows!

Wheelworks will be on hand with a tent and our mountain bike manager will lead a ride, plus we'll have some demo bikes, including Stumpjumpers (M & L). Yeti SB130 (M & L), Yeti SB150 (XL). More demo bikes possible as we get closer to the date.

Park Tool Repair Classes

Wheelworks now offers the Park Tool School, a hands-on maintenance and repair clinic designed by Park Tool and taught by our own expert service technicians. Learn how your bike works, from changing a flat to completely overhauling your bike. Six hour classes in August, October, November, and December; 12 hour mountain bike classes in September and November; and 12 hour road bike classes in August, September, October, and December.
