Spin City Indoor Training Facility
Let’s revolutionize winter training together.
This winter, we’ve set up a whole new indoor training facility in our Belmont location. Using state-of-the-art smart trainers, we can maximize YOUR training and fitness potential, whether your goals are fun or fondos.
Dark winter days are tough for cyclists. Don’t let weather or lack of light of light dictate when you train – it’s still summer at Spin City, and it’s time to get a head start on next year’s plans. Maybe your goal is as simple as trimming your time on a regular 30-mile loop, or upping your average speed – or perhaps you want to try the Mount Washington Hill Climb – any fitness goal needs planning and preparation.
By using a smart trainer and doing a simple fitness test, we can pinpoint the correct amount of effort to maximize your training time on the bike. Grinding away on a spin bike or traditional trainer may keep the blood flowing – but a high-tech smart trainer closely emulates real-world training, and generates a lot more information too. Modern smart trainers can accurately measure actual watts and speed – exactly how much effort you can put into the pedals right now. With that, we can calculate how to train efficiently to generate MORE power on the road or trail three months from now. Seeing achievable goals translate into real fitness gains makes riding inside a lot more fun.
Our new Spin City Indoor Training Facility allows for group rides or individual training. Using a mix of science, software, and coaching, we will inspire you to be fitter and teach you to be a better more complete rider, so your next season will be your best season.
